“I was extremely happy with my calls to USTI today. I am getting a new computer & I was concerned about downloading the water program. Dwight went out of his way to make things easier for me which could have been a real problem for me since I hadn't done any updates since 2010. USTI is going to do them for me & that will really be a big help and save me lots of time.
I don't remember any calls to USTI for support that I have ever been unhappy with.

USTI has provided our small community a payment gateway we could not afford to provide our rate payers. The ability to accept credit card payments online has enabled us to collect on a few delinquent accounts as well as provide a convenient online payment solution for other types of payments such as dog licenses and business licenses where before we were only able to provide an online banking solution for water/sewer and property tax payments. It doesn’t cost anything to set up…it’s a win-win for small communities and rate payers.’

I have been working with it since May and I am really starting to figure out how to utilize a lot of the reports and have finally got our billing cycles manageable for myself 🙂 I don't think that training will be necessary at this time, although I really should have looked into it when I first started. It would have saved me and your help line a lot of time: I do still occasionally get stumped with unique situations, but I feel very confident now that I can actually click on the help/glossary tab and find a solution. (and if not, I know that the amazing customer support that asyst offers is always just a phone call away) Asyst has the most user friendly customer support I've ever experienced with computer software!!!

I just got off the phone with Debbie. She is also who assisted me yesterday also with setting up a test file for our new hand-helds. The company we bought the meters from wasn’t quite sure which file would work. I really can’t say enough good things about your folks. I never feel like a knucklehead when I get off the phone with them. They are so professional, yet I feel like I just called a good friend for help when I’m finished. They deserve all the praise that they get, they work very hard and are a tremendous reason why I chose to stay with this software for our billing!!

Sandy did an excellent job (as usual) helping us with the migration to Version 14! To be quite honest I was very nervous with the migration however when I learned that Sandy was going to do the install I was not as anxious. As you know she is very thorough and is very careful with the customer’s information. Also she did a great job of keeping us in the loop during the time the programmers were working on a solution to the installation error message.
